Staying at Casa in Quepos felt like being welcomed into a friend's home. William and Olga were incredibly warm hosts, always ready with a smile and helpful tips. The room I stayed in, the Budget Double Room, was clean and the bed was comfy. I appreciated having both fans and AC, especially on hot nights. The shared bathroom was well-maintained, making it easy to share with other guests. Each morning brought a traditional Costa Rican breakfast that was more than enough to start the day. Access to the kitchen allowed me to prepare snacks, which added convenience. The location couldn't have been better. just a quick walk to the supermarket and a short distance from the marina and bus station. However, there were a couple of downsides. The shared living areas sometimes got a bit warm without AC, making relaxation a bit uncomfortable. Also, there was some noise from monkeys on the roof during the night, which was startling at first. Overall, the hospitality and accommodations made my stay truly enjoyable.

Exceptional Hosts Made It Memorable
William and Olga were incredibly warm and welcoming, ensuring we felt at home from the start. Their recommendations for local activities and personal touches like fresh fruit made our stay unique.
Finding it difficult to connect with other travelers was a downside for me. The house's location, while close to local amenities, felt a bit isolated at times for a solo traveler.

William and Olga's hospitality truly stood out, providing an authentic and welcoming experience that felt like home. The delicious traditional breakfasts were a highlight, incredibly flavorful and satisfying each morning. However, the shared kitchen areas could become quite warm without AC, which was uncomfortable despite the otherwise friendly environment. Occasionally, having to share facilities with other guests made it a bit crowded at peak times, slightly affecting the overall comfort.

Couple's cozy escape!
Our stay was good. We whipped up some meals in the kitchen, the vibe was like family, and I really appreciated that they helped my below average Spanish! On our last night, William and Olga called the bus company for us at 0300, ensuring we didn’t miss our ride!
It wasn't cheap! But still, it was worth every penny.
